Create Not Hate

Quiet Storm

In the wake of Black Lives Matter marches sweeping the world, Christopher felt a personal duty to bring awareness of UK racial struggle to the streets.

And as Notting Hill Carnival (a historically significant event for the London Black British community) was cancelled in 2020, he wanted to capture the spirit of protest, equality and fellowship that the street party embodies.

So he sought the guidance of Trevor and Raina Robinson of Quiet Storm, and led an event which reinstated the Create Not Hate initiative; bringing young people of ethnic-minority backgrounds together to use creativity to share their stories of racism and racial profiling.
