Racism at work

A short film following Adae, a young Black creative whose daily interactions in an agency environment slowly push him to a breaking point. While at Mother London, Chris and his old partner (Bethany Jones) brought this original idea to BADLANDS and writer-director Meena Ayittey (rep. Great Guns).
Mother loved the idea and funded half of the project and the wider industry crowdfunded the rest.
Executive Produced by Davina Rajoopillai (BADLANDS), Laura Gregory (Great Guns), Kate Phillips (Great Guns), Familiar Faces (Mother), Dino Myers-Lamptey (The Barber Shop) and Sabrina Clarke-Okwubanego (Niche-On-Demand).

RAW sparked honest conversations about race and mental wellness at work.

Racism at work may not always be loud. But it always leaves a mark.
